These strips do exactly what they are supposed to do, show you what your PH is. Just put one in a container with a urine sample. I think that tells how your body is functioning and if it's in balance with your alkaline/acid. I think it gives some what of a idea of how well your body is functioning. Just my opinion. These are very hard to find. They are not available in most drug stores and even on line they are hard to find. Shipping was good and I am satisfied with my order and this company.
