Icy Hot medicated patches
These patches, since no prescription is required, offer relief. I have fibromyalgia and often have serious pain. Since finding these patches I have not asked the dr for a new RX for the ones I used before AND also most insurances will not cover pain patches. I am relieved to have found these

The patches are in resealable pouches. Easy to open and apply. They are flexible and stay on. I got them for my arm right below the shoulder. The negatives are: you will need to endure the smell until you remove it and removing it wasn't without some discomfort.
