snow pants

The snow pants did exactly what I wanted... to be warm and dry for NFL games. They fit well. Kept me warm. No rain to test, but that will come soon. The only problem was with FedEx who lost the backage. When I called to check on it, you person did the right thing and shipped another pair to me via UPS and it arrived in time. That was great. I eventually got the FedEx package 5 days late and returned it to you.

Size

I had to order a bigger size of 6xtall because of needing more legroom in the thigh area. My first order had a tear on the inside of pants but the customer service person made sure that the next order of my pants arrived fast and they fit great and I appreciate their service. I am a big and tall guy standing 6’6 and appreciate finding clothes that fit. Now I’m ready for Colorado Ski trip. Thanks so much.
