I like it better with cold water it really quenched my thirst .Each packet has daily immune support with vitamin Cand antioxidants & B vitamins.These are perfect to boost my immune system with cold & flu season approaching soon.

The taste is a little sour, but still fairly good and refreshing. It mixes well, gives a nice boost, and is easy to drink when I want extra immune support. Overall, a solid option if you like raspberry with a tangy twist.
