I have tried many sleep aids in order to get off the Ambien that I have been taking for years. None of them worked but this one did! My problem was an overactive brain and this item does a calming effect on that.. Now I just take 2 of these about an hour before bedtime. I would highly recommend this this anyone whose brain won't stop as you're trying to go. I've used this for a week now and have restful sleep.

I have struggled with sleep disruptions and difficulty falling asleep for years. Melatonin worked for a period of time but lost effectiveness. I also use magnesium lotion or spray on achy muscles or to calm sleepless legs at night, it really helps!

These vitamins make me feel so at peace before and during my beauty sleep. It starts to ease my body and then mind, then I finally go to sleep. I use it about 20 minutes before I get into bed. I use it a few times during the week and then I don't use it for the next few because my sleep gets into a routine. When I start to notice my sleep is getting back off track, I will start to take them again. I've recommended these vitamins to my family members and they love it just as much as I do.
