i'm 5'6 200 lbs and the XL fits like a glove! i wore spanks and sheer pantyhose with the dress, which i would suggest. Super stretchy material makes it great for plus size. beware, it is VERY short. wouldn't suggest this for pluz size taller than 5'7, unless you want your privacy no longer private ;)
