Quick and nutritious meal
This pack comes with a spicy soup base and a block of soft silky tofu. You can make a nutritious and yummy meal for dinner or lunch in 10 minutes. I put the soup base in a small pot of boiling water. Then add veggies, small pieces of meats, fish cake and/or an egg. Simmer briefly, then add the tofu. Break up the tofu gently and stir around, simmer for an additional minute or two. I eat this over a steamed bowl. If I add quite a bit of vegetables and meats, I can eat it over 2 meals, by myself. I stock this product up and make my “tofu stew” when I feel like eating tofu or when I am trying to get rid of veggies in my fridge.
