Verified Purchase

The recipes are erroneous. I made the brioche. It took over an hour to come up to the recommended temperature. It was also VERY dense! Such a HUGE waste of time and ingredients. Other websites are full of complaints about the recipes in thisbook. Maybe she wanted to make money on a cookbook without giving away her real recipes?
