Caught on a discounted price, and I'm gonna buy more if I can (even if I've gotta pay more ~;-) High quality bulbs, and their smaller size make them fit with better clearance within our old-school fixtures. Add in the warmth of the most nearly candlelight spectrum of light, and our wall sconces (which have the appearance of gas lamps) make the living room brightly lit, while still… peaceful. Note: I may be given an incentive to review this product, buUut… woulda said the same, regardless, and still plan on finding the other purchases I'd intended to post reviews about (this one just sorta popped up, and deserves all five stars ~;-)

These are nicer looking than standard bulbs and so far I have only used them in a bathroom fixture. They are not too bright, but bright enough, and the warmer light is more flattering than the cool light bulbs that give off the bluish light. They are smaller than the regular bulbs but since you can see the bulbs in our bathroom fixture I prefer the smaller size also.
