Working with HomeSquare was a very positive experience, I know this is a review of the product, but wanted to start by saying HomeSquare provided exceptional customer service. We ordered 2 chairs, 1 ottoman and 1 sofa. We put the chairs and ottoman together, rather my husband put them together, with a great deal of difficulty. Most of the holes did not line up, but he made adjustments (involving clamps, pliers, screwdrivers and hammers, etc.) and made it work. We then got to the sofa, as soon as we removed the frame and seats we could see they were bent, crooked, and cracked at one spot where it was welded (he did not want to adjust this leg as he was afraid it would break at the crack). The shipping box was not damaged. He tried to figure out how to make it work, to no avail. We contacted HomeSquare, using their website and including pictures, and within days a new sofa arrived. Again, most of the holes did not line up, but he made it work and everything is together and looks great. I haven't had time to explore, but the velcro straps for the ottoman don't seem to be long enough to actually hold the cushion in place, I will need to figure something out to keep it from sliding. We were going to order 2 ottomans, glad we didn't because they are quite large. I'm not sure if I would recommend this particular product as it was so difficult to put together, I love the look so he made it work! I'm going to say "Yes" with a disclaimer.....you better have excellent handyman skills!
