Arrived within a week of ordering. Both boxes came at the same time which was nice that I could start building right away. You will need two people to move the boxes as the longer box is over 5ft and the shorter box is about 4ft. The parts are all laid out nicely in the boxes and the directions are pretty easy to follow. The easiest thing to do is to lay out all of the parts in the yard and if two people can build it goes much faster. Putting the jumping mat on just remember to put four springs on around the mat. We counted 20 spaces between the 4 springs. This is needed because if you only go around the mat and don't set up the 4 springs in different corners then when you get to the last two springs the tension is too tight and the springs will not be able to connect. This is very sturdy and took about 4 hours to build. The safety mesh is pretty thick but can take almost an hour to put up. The mesh is held together at the top by thin metal rods that uses a coupling. One side of the coupling is reverse threaded and the other side is normal threads. Easiest way to do this is to connect the rods and then thread them into the top of the net. The rod will need to thread through a hole where then basketball hoop pole is and a connector won't fit through that hole. What we did was put a rod through that hole and then put up the net connecting the full circle last at the basketball hoop. You might need two people to put up the net. The long paracord goes through the bottom of the safety net and gets worked through the jumping mat. This process is pretty simple but can take some time as it's kind of a long process but at the end the net is very secure. I have built a few trampolines for family members and friends and this was the first one for my family and overall it was a pretty good experience. My kids love is and I would definitely recommend it for the price. Just remember that it will take a few hours to build but in the end it will be worth it. As with any trampolines you should buy a tie down kit to secure the trampoline so it won't get blown over during a wind storm. It's worth the investment and really secures the trampoline. I bought this trampoline because a cheaper one that I had purchased last summer was basically falling apart and the mat had lost its tension. I can already tell that this one will be much better. The mat is really high quality and my kids could immediately tell how much more fun it was to jump on. The stabilizing bars on the base really make it sturdy when multiple kids are jumping. There is hardly any sway at all. The kids love the hoop and have been playing non-stop since I set it up. In terms of setup, The pieces fit together perfectly and the instructions were easy to follow. It is a huge trampoline so it did take some time for one person to put together, but so worth it! All of the necessary supplies were included, including hardware and tools like a wrench and screwdriver. I would recommend using your own socket wrench or drill attachment if you have one to make things go a little faster. Overall, the trampoline components seem high quality and I think it will last a really long time. Once everything was put together, all of the pieces felt very secure and don't slide out of position like my old cheaper trampoline. One of my kids even bounced pretty hard into the net and it held strong. I love the product and I think that you will too. I am happy that I took a chance on a lesser known brand, because the amount of actual bounce in this trampoline compared to a cheap one is huge.
