Better than expected, this rug looks lovely in front of my kitchen sink. The look and feel, both front and back, is high quality. Although it's sold as light grey, to my eye it's more of a beige-y/taupe-y shade, but it works beautifully with all the surrounding "shade of grey." Very plush under the feet. I worry that it will start to show the everyday dirt of life sooner than previous rug, simply because so much of its background is light. But that's not a flaw in the rug, just the color and pattern I chose. Very happy with it .. especially cuz I got it on clearance ;)
