Arrived in good packaging and fast delivery. Since it came came almost everything assembled , it was quick to setup. Easy to understand instructions for riding. Has standard features for electric scooter like cruise control, various speed settings, etc. Balance is good. handle can be height adjusted. battery holds up well for upto 15miles for me. i do overnight charging. braking and acceleration is smooth. operates almost with no noice. Wish it had 10 inch wheel. Overall really good scooter.

Got this scooter because it's very much like my existing Segway. Same max speed of 19mph same great look. It's lighter even and comes with a phone holder. It's got an app and runs so smooth. Another thing I like about it is airless tires. Don't need to worry about adding air or getting a flat. Lots of great features and half the price!
