Very Disappointed

I really liked this bag for the short amount of time I have had it. Its very roomy and hangs appropriately in the small of my back. I liked it until I discovered a hole in the bottm of the bag where the seam had unraveled and a bottle of medication fell out now I am not happy at all. I hope I have not lost anything else! I had to use tape as a temporary fix as I had just arrived to work!
