Frigidaire, 7.5 Cu. ft. Refrigerator, Standard Door Style, Black

I've owned this 7.5 cubic foot Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer for about a month now. I bought it because an older Amana side by side refrigerator I've owned for over 20 years started losing cooling capacity, and I wanted an inexpensive backup while I decided what to do about replacing my full size refrigerator. This unit arrived perfect packed and in great condition. It took awhile to peel away all of the plastic film that covered the entire unit, but since there was zero damage to the unit, I can't complain, other than it appears that the refrigerator was covered with the plastic film before the doors were added because the film is also under the door hinges. Rather than take the doors off I just peeled the film as close to the hinges as I could. As for the operation of the unit, it's been perfect. The freezer compartment cooled down to freezing level within an hour or so of plugging it in, and dropped to zero only a couple of hours later. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend this refrigerator to others who need something this size. I can see where this unit would be all a single person would need, and the price was right.

We were looking for a bigger mini fridge for our daughter in college. This was a great price and a great size. Even though we looked at the measurements and guesstimated how big we thought it would be, it was bigger than expected. Our daughter was very pleased. No more struggle with sharing the one fridge between all the roommates. We look like the best parents ever.
