still waiting on refund!

I bought this light fixture, but it was too small for the area intended. My issue isn't with the product itself, but with the third party seller. I returned this to Walmart 4 weeks ago and still have not received a refund to my account. I have a fedex tracking number that indicates it was received by the vendor 7 days after I returned it, so I don't know what the hold up is. I have tried to contact the seller two times and have not gotten a response. Beware when purchsing items from third party sellers on Walmart.com
