In a medium saucepan, combine butter or margarine, water, rice and seasoning mix; bring to a boil.2. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 25 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed.3. Remove from heat, leave covered. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir well before serving.About 2 cups prepared. Enjoy! Microwave DirectionsIn a 2-quart microwavable bowl, combine rice, special seasonings, 2 1/3 cups water, and 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.Cover; microwave at high 22-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Rice will be saucy.Let stand 5 minutes before serving.Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed.

I use this in one of my favorite dishes!
This is our favorite flavor. I use it for my Mexican chicken bowls. I add black beans, avocado, tomatoes, yellow peppers, and diced chicken that has been marinated in a little bit of Frank's Red Hot, some olive oil and Badia all purpose seasoning. Just put each ingredient separately on top of the rice. Try it!!!
