After a few issues related to the installation and related instructions, the grill is performing as expected. Items in the instructions didn't pertain to my specific grill, I think the installations instruction should spell out which steps pertain to which model grill.

Outstanding new grill
I've only used my Napoleon 500 series built-in grill one time. I had a landscape contractor finish my backyard in my new home in Colorado. I had them build a paver patio with brick walls for seating, a waterfall, a fire pit and my built-in grill. I cooked ribs on the grill and they came out the best ever. The heating from the grill is dispersed equally throughout the grill. It appears. Love the stainless steel On all components inside and out of the grill. The landscape contractor installed the grill but a natural gas company with a permit connected it to the gas line. Very happy so far.
