Not worth your money or delivery time
The product says reusable, but after cleaning the make-up out of it the first time, the pad got a tear in it. They are very thin, not worth the money. Also, the company is difficult to deal with. I requested my order be cancelled once I realized it was going to take more than 3 weeks to arrive. The response was them asking me to please wait for the product stating it should arrive to me within the next 6 business days. 13 days later, and still no product. I again requested a refund and was again refused the refund. In all honesty, they did offer me a 50% discount, however I let them know I was no longer interested in their product as I had already purchased a similar product b/c I had by now run out of what I had. The product ended up coming a few days later and I did not receive any discount. I would not recommend this company or their product.
