Holds Ice For Days
When I first used this cooler, it seemed like the ice melted rather quickly. After doing some reading, I prechilled by putting ice in and letting the plastic get cold. After putting in new ice, it held for 3 days in the summer in the sun. Even when being opened and closed to get that sweet, sweet cold beer out. Well made cooler that's going to last me a while.

Worked as expected
This past June we made a 12 hr trip to Florida, and kept drinks (water/soft drinks) iced-down, with 45qt cooler in the bed of the truck. Hours of travel with the cooler in the direct sun, opened at rest stops, and arrived in Florida with some water in the bottom of the cooler, but still had ice remaining over the drinks.
