Purchased these NB online so I was a bit hesitant. Product was shipped and delivered in a timely fashion. Product looks like the photo, other than the black being more of a faded black rather than a 'true' black; and is true to size. The insole is very comfortable and has good arch support. I would most definitely recommend and purchase again.
