Overall quality of this chair is 3 at maximum, there are are few places on the chair where there are small sharp dimples on the underside of the faux leather which i am sure that it wont take a long time to break thru that material, the fit of the arm rests when u close them dont aligh and the worst thing is that when using the button to raise and lower the chair it "sticks" in the position (usually in the "raising psoition") where it scares you. In other words when u push the button to raise the chair an then remove your finger to stop it the chair contines to go back till u tap the switch as the chair groans..........
