Comforting
This blanket has some weight to it. The washable gray cover is perfect for touching, the textures in the blanket have soothing touch qualities. It is washable and has a zipper enclosure. The coverage is wide enough to cover your legs on the side giving you a warm surround feeling from the waist down. The blanket is calming and relaxing to have on while watching tv, reading, comfort while bad weather is outside, and while eating. Well made quality.

Love it
I have wanted a weighted blanket for a long time. This one is perfect. It's very soft and silky. It's true perfect weight for a lap blanket too. We have four kids doing school from home. They take turns using it to help them to sit still during lessons. We just fold it in half so it fits on their laps. I also like how one side had little bumps. The kids like to rub their hands on them it's a great sensory tool.

Soft and warm
This is my very first time using a weighted blanket and I'm very satisfied with it. I've always wanted to try one and this lap blanket definitely exceeded my expectations. The one side is soft and nice to the touch and the other side has like a silky feeling to it. This lap blanket has a hidden zipper along the side and can be removed for washing. The inside ties at the corners to prevent the cover from slipping and sliding. I enjoy this blanket in my lap as I'm crocheting and it's very comfortable and definitely relaxes me. It's a nice size and weight and is a product that I'd purchase again!
