painful to try and wear

Shipping time was pretty short but every time i tried to get them on it hurt pretty bad. even after i followed the directions i could barely get them to fit and constantly had to reheat them just to try again, it always failing. only reason it got 2 stars is because i was happy with the shipping time, otherwise i wouldn't buy these again.
