If you're an adult with a smaller mouth, this may work well for you. It molds quickly once in the mouth (10-15 seconds) so you have to work fast. Once it was soft I placed it on my lower teeth and gently closed my teeth together the way I do when I sleep then kept my teeth in that closed position to hold it in place while quickly pressing it with semi-firm pressure against my teeth all around the outside of my mouth and the inside with my tongue. I think it's best for this to conform to your teeth but not too tightly because the pressure will be uncomfortable when you wear it. After it dried

Needed a smaller night guard

I'm an adult who's orthodontist pulled adult teeth if there wasn't room for them instead of using an expander. That left me with a very small mouth, 24 teeth total. Regular night guards are way too big and I've had 2 specially made by my dentist and both have broke. They're not cheap. I decided to give this a try and I'm in love. So much thinner than my ones from the dentist and a lot cheaper!
