Women's Merrell MQM Flex Hiking Shoe

These shoes are great! I have worked in healthcare for 40 years +, I can honestly say that these shoes have great support in many ways. Good arch support, light in weight and nice cushion, so after 10-13 hours on hospital floors my feet are saying “thank you Merrell!”

This is my third pair. I walk a lot and they are comfortable right out of the box. My only problem are the insoles . They slip after like a week. But I do like them.
