Defy Extreme Wood Stain 1-Gallon (Cedar Tone)

Excellent product, Used as instructed, 2 coats less than 20 minutes apart. Covered old wood with colour close to matching expected and did about 100 sq feet with about 1/4 jug left. Soaked into wood and see beads of water after rain, repel off of it. Well worth the price.

Outstanding product

I love the color and ease of use. So far the durability of the stain has been at least as good as anything I have ever used. I wish it came in a solid color as well. Just make sure you shake the bottle well before using. The Walmart delivery was seamless as well.

Defy water-based deck stain in cedar

The product went on well with brushing and one gallon coated a 16x15 deck. The color is dark for a cedar stain but is still more gold than orange or brown. For a new deck freshly sanded, it went on evenly but does show where brushing longer in one area occurred so I think a second coat would eliminate that issue. It definitely repels water. It has only been 2 weeks so I have no information on how it lasts over time yet. So far I am glad I chose this stain and color.
