Stratagem's second season has ushered in the chilly, frigid winds and of winter. Our Winter War battlemat is covered in a thick layer of crunchy snow, broken only by the occasional dry spot of rock, moss, and lichen. To the unprepared, a vast winter landscape is not unlike the desert: barren and unforgiving. Here's hoping your forces aren't the unprepared. Our standard Winter War mat is applied using a long-lasting, fade-resistant 170+ dpi sublimation print on 2mm thick neoprene. Just the right amount of thickness to create the ideal gaming surface without being too heavy to carry. It features a 1.5-inch hex grid (1.25-inch flat-to-flat) with just the right amount of opacity to be visible, but not distracting.
