I had arthritis in my left hip %26 lower back. I've had shots to relieve the pain, but the last 2 didn't give me any relief. I have used this before for knee problems %26 (for me) it REALLY works. I started feeling relief in about a week. I still have a little pain, but nothing like I was having. It was worth at least a try, because I didn't want to got the prescription pain meds.

Osteo Bi-Flex has been my go to for years. Any joint pain or stiffness this will help, and it gives a 7 day reassurance that it will ease the joint discomfort. i have bad knees and shoulder pain and inflammation and this ease it. it doesn't take away all the symptoms but helps so you can function and not take to many pain medications that can be bad on the stomach. Caplets size is tolerable and they are coated so can swallow with liquids. I am happy that I found these and my knees and shoulder are better because I take these. Love the joint shield to keep joints lubricated. Good product, that doesnt upset the tummy. Take as directed.

Great for joints.

They are large pills and you do take two but I don't have a problem with that. They truly make joint movement so much better. Give a few weeks if you're just starting. Made walking down the stairs in the morning so much easier I wouldn't go without them.
