Hans and Franz: this will not pump you up

The extra large barely fit my 6'1" frame and I could hear it begin to rip as I pulled it over my head. It was made of very thin material, with hardly any padding, so I ended up using a marker to draw six pack abs and pecs, and I stuffed socks into the arms to give it some definition. Not what I was hoping for at all.

This is not padded at all! I wish I could put zero stars because it's literally a long sleeve T-shirt with stitching on it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I will be returning this immediately.
