I have arthritis. I havethis on my recliner chair. It gets put on multiple times during the day.it has to be the best heating wrap or pad I have had. Heats up very fast soothes my back and neck muscles.

Great relief!

This is my second heating pad of this kind. I use it nearly every day to relieve muscle tension and spasms in my upper back and neck. Only thing I wish is that they sold replacement cords. The pad itself is like new but the cord died so I had to buy a whole new pad and cord. Frustrating!
