Continental ProContact RX SSR OVERVIEW The Continental ProContact RX SSR (OE) is a touring, all season tire model manufactured for passenger vehicles. This is an OE as it is the original equipment of select vehicles.The tire offers excellent all weather traction and it grips the road well in dry, wet and winter weather. The tread pattern and the silica-based tire compound are the reason for its exceptional traction. The tread pattern's circumferential grooves actively avoid hydroplaning by eliminating water from beneath the tire footprint. The Self-Supporting Run-flat technology enables the tire to be driven on after air pressure loss for 50 miles up to 50 mph.
