In this day and age

In this day and age, to have the VERY high level of customer service is almost unheard of!! The part did not fit my model. I called to get an RMA. I was directed to the department and talked to a live person within seconds. Before I closed my browser after telling him the order number I had the RMA information and label. This whole process took LESS than a minute!! To say I am a fan is an understatement!!! KUDOS!!!
