They easily slip over bag openings to seal them for freshness. Looking at this illustration I see another way to use them, which is helpful. They are small enough to take up little room in the drawer between uses and also when being used on the product in the pantry.

I have been a huge fan of Rada products for years. My first purchase was the set of 4 steak knives. That was over 10 yrs ago and they are still like new. Have made numerous purchases since then. My most recent was for a Project Graduation fundraiser. I have even started a Rada collection for my granddaughter.
