If you take a niacin derivative, you need TMG
Your body needs tmg when you take any niacin type product. I worked out for a month and then added 5g Creatine Monohydrate %26 7 grams of TMG. My workout numbers doubled over the next month. While I probably wasn't at my peak before the additional supplements, the sudden jump in performance has to be attributable to their effect on my body.
