Sides are poor quality

I have seen what great quality that these can have but mine came with the canopy top missing Velcro in an area for the attaching sides. Also ones I got the sides up, the side with the door had runs down it that when light can through the black side it looked terrible from the inside. Where the Velcro was along the canopy top there was thread pulling out randomly all over which makes me question the attaching stability when wind hits it. Also one of the teeth of the zipper was missing so zipping it was tricky. I'm not happy with this one in particular but I have known these to be great.

I am a vendor and small business owner for a dog treat company. We were growing rapidly and needed to up our game. At our last vending event I walked around and looked at everyone's setups and about 90% of the vendors were using the abccanopy brand so I took a chance. Holly cow am I happy that I did! This canopy is so well made! Super sturdy and comes with all of the needed walls. It is just my 10yr old daughter and I at our events and we set this up in less than 5 minutes, just her and I. This is super well made! Quality canopy for sure! I will definitely be a repeat customer as our company grows. Also, on a side note be sure to buy from the Walmart site as Amazon and other sites were charging alot more and shipping was going to average two weeks longer.

Seems sturdy, but with too many flaws

Wanted to setup my new canopy at home before I went camping, just in case. Open the box and first thing I see is a bunch of jacked up white stains all over the carry bag. Not cool, but it's just for camping and the bag will probably get dirty in no time. Next I am setting up the frame (which seems pretty dang sturdy indeed) and decided to check hardware for tightness. I read a bunch of reviews and a couple people had complained about missing hardware after a couple of uses so I decided to check, and sure enough one of the screws on a main truss support/hinge was stripped out. It only screws into plastic so there is no way to TRULY fix it properly. I cleaned everything up really well and put some plastic adhesive on the screw and put it back in. Will it hold? I dont know. Probably. Hopefully.... I could have lived with those two issues but the worst part was that after putting the cover on i noticed a bunch of thin spots on it. Meaning places that I can see sunlight through. If i can see sunlight then I'll bet water can get through, and in about 10 different areas. With 3 major defects found the first time I set it up, I just can't recommend this canopy unfortunately. I'll reach out to ABC directly and see what they offer. If I get a new top I'll be happy, but truly I would have a more overall warm fuzzy feeling if it didn't have so many issues straight out of the box. ps- i tried to show the bad spots on the cover but pictures don't show it well.
