Fractal Design Ion+ 560W 80+ Platinum Power Supply

Silent mode with no fan usage for low-power computers. Long warranty. I had read tests that showed this power supply to be under 50% efficient when under low power loads such as those I use. I find this NOT to be true. This computer, while watching video with a "gold" rated power supply, used 62 Watts at the wall. With this power supply, it uses 52 Watts. Further, my integrated graphics computer uses only 27 Watts at the wall with this power supply. My specimen did have a manufacturing flaw, however. I heard some rattling after installing it. On removal, I found a dollop of black silicone that had fallen loose and was interfering with the fan.
