My daughter always wears a 5T in every single thing. I had tried this om her in a size 4 but there was zero room to grow & it was snug around her non-existent belly lol. Got it embroidered in a size 5 and it fits perfectly. It seems to run a little snug, so really even a 6 would not have been too big, for under jumpers. She is age 5, 43" tall, & 38 lb.
