Equate Cold and Flu HBP Tablets are formulated specifically for people with high blood pressure. These decongestant-free cold and flu tablets are a go-to option for quick relief of runny nose, sneezing, body aches and pains, fever, and sore throat. Each tablet contains 325mg of acetaminophen, a pain reliever and fever reducer, as well as 2mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, an antihistamine, to ensure relief of cold and flu symptoms. Adults and children 12 years of age and over, take two tablets every four to six hours for lasting relief. Children ages 6-12, take one tablet every four to six hours.
