Fast and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Office Jet Pro about weeks ago and have been thrilled. As so many lawyers are doing, I upgraded my home office for the current work from home orders. It came as scheduled, was easy to set up and has taken the doubt out of that end of my work. I use it primarily for printing and scanning. Its my second HP of this type (other located in our second home) and both are well-designed and reliable. I like the ease of loading the copy and the paper and replacing the cartridges.

Frustrating

Purchased approximately a month ago to replace an existing HP printer. Printer routinely returns a Paper not loaded notice when it is fully loaded. Especially so with envelopes. Usually a restart of printer and/or computer will rectify. However this should not be necessary as often as it is.

Less than ideal

This printer replaced an HP Model 8740 on which the document feeder malfunctioned. The old printer was FAR more capable of handling major printing jobs - far more durable and far easier to use. My mistake was in not extending the warranty on it. I won't do that again. This new printer is smaller and far less efficient.
