Great pan with shortcomings
Great fry pan. This is my third one. They are accurate when they say nothing sticks to it. It's deep enough for a huge stir fry or lots of bbq chicken. My only complaint is that it doesn't really hold up to prolonged high heat usage such as my stir fries. I generally get about three years and then the inside surface near the middle begins to become pitted and irregular. That's when I buy a new one. Love the weight, depth and size, 12 inch.

I have used this pan daily now for 3 weeks and it is great! No stick. Eggs, veggies, beans, you name it, no stick. Pan looks brand new still. I follow the directions and let it heat up for 2-3 minutes before using. Just put it on the heat will preparing the items to be cooked. I have been cleaning it once cool with a simple spray out and maybe a bit of soap and a sponge. Very happy with purchase.
