I was going to go for the cheaper brands but I read up on how certain hazards can enter foods that you cook. I researched Green Pan cookware. I wanted a non-stick pan for omelettes with cheese, stir fry vegetables, etc. This Green Pan was all I had hoped for. Does not contain BPA, and other chemicals I can't pronounce. BUY IT. You'll cook with confidence and you won't be transferring chemicals into you food.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome pans!

I really hate pans that my food sticks to. I don't think you could get duct tape to stick to this. Good heat transfer, nothing sticks, and clean up is in seconds. It does chip fairly easy, so you have to be gentle. I went back after buying a complete set, and bought the 1`3 inch fry pan to have more. This is actually my 3rd purchase. Now we've started buying them for the kids for Christmas! Awesome product! How about some baking pans next?????
