Rio saute pan.

Heavy aluminum pan. The outside (including the bottom) is coated, which is good for a ceramic electric cook top.. I like that the handle is WELDED on, so no rivets on inside. This makes cleaning easier. I loke that the handle does not get hot like a metal handle.

Great multi-use pan! Easy to clean

Love this Greenpan! I now have two and they are the most used pans in my kitchen. The pan is deep so I can make one-pan meals, big enough to cook pancakes (no need for frying pan or griddle) and is dishwasher safe. Eggs and cheese do not stick and everything washes off easily. My other pan has a dark coating and this one is white. I prefer the dark but only because I prefer the look over the white. Functionality is identical, however.
