fits good on my 2 year old and I think she will be able to wear it next summer too I like that it has 3 straps to hug your baby and keep them safe in the water wish the colors were brighter

Doesn?t stretch much the right size should be for someone at age 2-3. I like that it grips from the bottom to not let the child come of off it when their in the water,
