Men's Plain Toe Boots Lace Up Slip and Oil Resistant 6 inch Roofing Work boots

I ordered a pair of leather boots. I wore them for less than 2 months before I realized that they sent me plastic (fake leather) boots (I knew the boots were not leather because the plastic coating on the outside cracked and peeled showing the synthetic fabric beneath). I notified the seller that the boots were not leather even though the website description said they were leather. I corresponded with seller several times. He completely avoided my request for a refund. I called Walmart to ask them to do something. They promised to send me a refund by 29 August 2025. That was 12 days ago and I cannot find any indication of a refund in my Walmart account or my emails. I wrote to Walmart again on Aug 30--no response. I would have given the boots a zero rating, but the website won''t let me. Don''t order these boots unless you want plastic instead of leather.
