Jordache is our go to for jeans

Don't know if these are true to size or not. My 9 yr old is super tall. 59 inches and weighs about 75-80 pounds. She wears a 14/16 slim in jeans. These fit perfectly and have her an inch or 2 to grow in the waist. We love this brand and it's the only brands she hasn't complained about with the way they feel. They are fine length wise.

Good for slim preteen

Bought both the 12 and 14S. The 12 fits my 4'8" niece with an inseam of 24". The other fits my taller and older one with an inseam of 27". Both have adjusted waists and the 14S is perfect for a slim 28" waist teen. The material is soft, especially the lighter color ones. Machine washable and dry. The only caution is that I find the ankles to be quite tight.
