Long life product

Mine lasted 9 years and Moen is replacing for free. It snapped where it couldnt be fixed. Saves water, and good for washing dog.

This is not working well

I am on my second Moen shower head (same model each time). After about a year both of them leak a great deal. I just replaced the first one. On the second I have replaced the washers but still a big leak down the hose line. If I cannot get my money back then I need a replacement product.
