The Topmate Es 40 scooter came in excellent condition today. The only concern that I might have is if an older person who isn't limber was using this scooter, it might flip backward. My grandson got on it on our gravel driverway, and the front end lifted up on slightly uneven ground. We live in the country, and few driveways are paved. The front end may not be heavy enough for the center of gravity. If you are riding on paved streets and driveways, I doubt you would have any trouble with this scooter. I am definitely keeping it because I will be riding it in stores and their parking lots. He just got on it to try it out.

The ad says the item comes with a large storage bag, but my item did not and I sent a feedback which Walmart says the sent to supplier and I have not heard a thing. Other than that appears to be as advertised, but is new so we will see!
