Adults, take 1 fast dissolve tablet upon waking in the middle of the night to fall back asleep or use 1 fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime to help fall asleep. Dissolve in mouth or chew before swallowing. No water necessary. Take at least 4 hours before waking. Store tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
