I have used mophie juice packs for the last 6 years and was surprised when the one I brought in April 2019 failed. However, once I contacted the company to inform them of this issue, customer service was very helpful and I received a replacement in a week and was provided with a prepaid label to return the defective one. Gets HOT when charging

I love the style and the concept but the pack get very hot when it is charging the phone. Not sure if I have a lemon and I will be in contact with mophie about the issue. Mine also only charges the phone when it’s at 20% up to 65%. I was hoping it would do a little better like other mophie cases I have owned before.

Qi troubles

Bought my third mophie case for my new iPhone. Previous cases worked wonderfully. I have trouble charging this case using the wireless Qi charging. I need to remove the phone from the case and place on two separate chargers. Maybe user error but shouldn’t be that tough.
